Waar dat staat
The Netherlands Government apparently discovered very recently that they had sufficient forces to extend their military control over the entire area, and with practically no warning whatsoever they launched themselves into military activity. … Therefore, from that point of view, I declare that it is the duty of the Security Council to ask the Dutch forces to withdraw to their original position.
